They are the slim board at the bottom of your home’s walls, making the overall look clean. Usually, it doesn’t come to the attention as they are never considered an integral part of the design. They are an essential element which requires attention as they create anchors for the wall, especially in homes with bigger spaces and high ceiling levels.
